What To Expect
Florence + The Machine’s Summer Sessions date gives Edinburgh one of the biggest outdoor pop and indie shows of the month. The Summer Sessions format means a full outdoor concert setup rather than an indoor arena show, with standing crowds and festival-style facilities on site.
If you have seen the band before, you will already know the appeal of the larger live setup. If not, this should be one of the more visual and high-energy nights in the late-August concert run.

Summer Sessions says no one under 14 is permitted. Those aged 14 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.
Location
The concert takes place outdoors at the Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston, on the western edge of the city near Edinburgh Airport.
Getting There
Summer Sessions says parking is available in advance through Ticketmaster, with car park tickets costing £15. Trams to Ingliston Park & Ride and coach travel from selected cities are also available.
For a quicker exit after the show, it is worth planning your route in advance.
