Eusebi Bakery Opens Counter at Bonnie & Wild in St James Quarter
Eusebi Bakery has opened a counter at Bonnie & Wild food hall in St James Quarter, bringing Glasgow Italian favourites to Edinburgh.
The long-running Glasgow deli and restaurant launched its Edinburgh outpost around 12th June 2026 on Level 4 of the shopping centre. It adds fresh pastries, cornetti, classic Italian desserts and seasonal cakes made daily with Scottish ingredients.
What’s on Offer
The counter focuses on sweet treats rather than full meals or pasta. Expect crema and pistachio cornetti, handmade pastries, strawberry tarts made with Scottish fruit, and other Italian dolci, best enjoyed with coffee. Everything comes from Eusebi’s bakery team and arrives fresh each day.
It sits alongside Illy Caffè at Bonnie & Wild, so you can grab a coffee and a pastry in one spot. The range blends Italian tradition with local Scottish produce to create seasonal items.
Background on Eusebi
Eusebi started in Glasgow in 1954 and built a strong reputation for warm hospitality, fresh pasta and pastries. Owner Giovanna Eusebi decided to expand east, starting with this bakery counter as the first step into Edinburgh.
Bonnie & Wild already features several Scottish producers, so this fits the hall’s focus on quality independent food businesses.
