Eusebi Bakery Opens Counter at Bonnie & Wild in St James Quarter

Eusebi Bakery has opened a counter at Bonnie & Wild food hall in St James Quarter, bringing Glasgow Italian favourites to Edinburgh.

The long-running Glasgow deli and restaurant launched its Edinburgh outpost around 12th June 2026 on Level 4 of the shopping centre. It adds fresh pastries, cornetti, classic Italian desserts and seasonal cakes made daily with Scottish ingredients.

Eusebi started in Glasgow in 1954 and built a strong reputation for warm hospitality, fresh pasta and pastries. Owner Giovanna Eusebi decided to expand east, starting with this bakery counter as the first step into Edinburgh.
