Singaporean Supper Night

Singaporean Supper Night comes to Coffee Saints in Edinburgh on Friday 18 September 2026, with a two-hour menu from Ruzita and proceeds supporting Cyrenians’ food work.

The 7pm supper follows Ruzita’s sell-out Malaysian night and moves into Singaporean dishes shaped by Malay, Chinese, Indian, and other regional influences.

What To Expect

The menu is planned around Singaporean flavours and ingredients such as rice, coconut, chilli, tamarind, spices, and herbs. Cyrenians lists dishes such as potato curry puffs, fried tofu with peanut sauce, beef dalcha, and Singapore laksa among the food expected on the night.

This is also a fundraising event. Cyrenians says money raised through its food events supports people learning cooking and food-hygiene skills, as well as services such as community pantries and flatpack meals.

Coffee Saints is close to St James Quarter and Picardy Place, on the edge of Edinburgh’s New Town.

Tickets & Dietary Information

Adult tickets cost £38. Under-12s can attend for £19, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cyrenians warns that shellfish, fish, sesame, soy, and nuts are used at the event, so the supper may not be suitable for people with allergies to those ingredients.

Getting There

Coffee Saints is at 2a Little King Street. York Place, Picardy Place, Leith Street, Edinburgh Bus Station, and the tram network are all close by.
