Fisherman’s Friends bring their 2027 tour to Queen’s Hall Edinburgh on Saturday 3 April 2027. The show starts at 8pm, with doors opening at 7pm.
The Port Isaac group has turned informal harbour singing into a long-running touring career, two feature films, and a stage musical based on their story.
Their live shows centre on close harmonies, traditional songs, sea shanties, and the humour that comes from a group who have performed together for years. The Edinburgh date forms part of a 36-date tour.

What To Expect
This is a concert built around voices rather than elaborate staging. The appeal is the mix of strong group harmonies, maritime songs, stories, and a relaxed connection with the audience.
Fisherman’s Friends have a wider audience than a typical folk-club act because their story has reached cinemas and theatres as well as concert halls. Queen’s Hall keeps the scale fairly intimate, which should suit the material better than a large arena setting.
Tickets & Entry
Tickets are available from Ticketmaster or the official event page. Queen’s Hall lists prices from £37.20 to £48.20 when checked.
The venue lists box office opening at 6.30pm, doors at 7pm, and the show at 8pm. It is over-14s, with under-16s accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Location & Getting There
Queen’s Hall is at 85-89 Clerk Street in the Southside. See our Queen’s Hall guide for venue information.
The area is well served by buses along Clerk Street and South Clerk Street. Waverley station and the Old Town are also within walking distance if you are combining the concert with an evening in the centre.
Our Tips
- Use the 8pm performance time rather than the earlier doors time when planning your evening.
- Check the over-14s rule before booking for younger family members.
- For a Saturday night show, allow extra time for busy buses and city-centre traffic.
