Port of Leith Distillery

Port of Leith Distillery is a nine-storey vertical whisky distillery on Whisky Quay, beside Ocean Terminal. Its unusual height allows production to move through stacked floors, making the building itself a major part of the visitor experience.

The flagship tour lasts around 90 minutes and follows the production process through the building, with tastings and the chance to fill a miniature bottle of spirit. A top-floor whisky bar adds wide views across Leith, the Firth of Forth and the city, while the ground-floor shop can be visited separately.

Getting There
