Test drive an electric vehicle at Edinburgh College

Edinburgh College’s Engineering team is inviting anyone with a passion for green technology and sustainable transport to East Lothian’s Gifford Village Hall to learn more about its electric vehicle project.

The informal event will take place at from 9am to 12pm on Saturday 19 March, kicking off with a presentation and question-and-answer session with the college’s curriculum manager for Engineering, Ross Milligan. Following this, guests will be invited to test drive the college’s fleet of electric vehicles and find out more about the benefits of driving an e-car in the city.

Tea and coffee will be provided.

Edinburgh College offers a range of automotive and electrical engineering courses as well as electric vehicle scholarships with partners including SEStran, City and Guilds Alex F Noble and Sons Nissan and the Energy Savings Trust. For more info visit edinburghcollege.ac.uk
