Generation Science programme coming soon

Generation Science, powered by EDF Energy, is Edinburgh Science Festival’s flagship education project and the UK’s largest primary school science education touring programme.

The 2018 programme will launch this Autumn, offering exciting and engaging workshops and shows, linked to the Curriculum for Excellence, that will leave pupils informed and inspired with science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).

In 2017, thanks to funding from our supporters, Generation Science reached 27% of all primary schools in Scotland across all 32 local authority areas, visiting more than 550 schools and almost 60,000 children. In 2018 we hope to expand this reach further, bringing STEM subjects to life for even more young people around the country.
