Breeze (Bangkok, Thailand)

De Librije (Zwolle, The Netherlands)

Dining in this 15th-century Dominican monastery now converted into a hotel and restaurant.

Provides a  truly modern and adventurous experience that defies convention. Ordering any particular meal such as a healthy bowl of salad will then be created on the diner’s hand using a tool which looks like a tweezer.

An evening of wonders coupled with a pleasant view awaits those who go there, it has been named one of the world’s best restaurants. At De Librije, there is no compromise on quality or taste catering to the French, Dutch and European palate.


The Tides (Holetown, Barbados)

Providing a  comfortable, informal feel The Tides is reputed to be one of the best restaurants in the country.

En Plein ocean-facing culture with trees raising the high-roof. There are trees inside the hotel that just enhance the overall look. All kinds of seafood with a slight touch of Asian or Caribbean spice are “The Tide’s” speciality.

If you visit early, take some time to visit the bar which amazingly presents impressive and majestic local art.
