The CBeebies Panto returns to Festival Theatre in Edinburgh for 2024
The CBeebies Panto returns to Edinburgh’s Festival Theatre for 2024 with Beauty and the Beast, featuring a star-studded cast of CBeebies favourites and some exciting new faces! This festive adventure, full of singing, dancing, and laughter, emphasizes the importance of inner beauty.
Narrated by James Mackenzie as Snow Raven, the story is specially adapted by Isabel Fay and set against a magical backdrop inspired by Scotland’s landscapes. New characters, including garden gnomes, mischievous wolves, and the sneaky Thorn Fairy, add to the fun, with plenty of surprises along the way.
Set to a catchy pop soundtrack by composers Banks & Wag, this Christmas special is sure to have the whole family singing and dancing. The panto will be recorded at the Festival Theatre on 21st and 22nd September 2024 and will air on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer throughout the festive season.
