Disney’s The Lion King is a worldwide theatrical phenomenon, seen by over 70 million people and still drawing sell-out crowds at London’s Lyceum Theatre in its 14th year. In October this acclaimed production will have its Scottish premiere as part of its first UK tour when it begins a limited season at the Edinburgh Playhouse. The Lion King is recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, Disney recommends The Lion King for ages 6 and up. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
