Band leader Nathaniel Gow and dancing master Barclay Dun led a revolution in Scottish Dance.
Having introduced the capital to French Quadrilles in 1817, they brought their own style to them at each annual Edinburgh Assembly Rooms Ball.
This all-day workshop will cover Barclay Dun’s 4th Set of five Quadrilles, in preparation for the Bicentennial Regency Ball on 10 Mar, 2018.
Comfortable soft shoes recommended. All levels of dancer welcome – no experience necessary. Led by Talitha MacKenzie.
