A great night of live music in the intimate Speakeasy room. Featuring Charlotte Eriksson(also known as The Glass Child), she is a singer-songwriter originally from Sweden, who moved to London when she was 18.
Since then she’s started her own publishing & distribution company ‘Broken Glass Records’, produced, recorded and released 5 critically acclaimed EPs and 2 full-length albums, published her own book ”Empty Roads & Broken Bottles; in search for The Great Perhaps”, and had her single I Will Lead You Home reach #2 on the Swedish iTunes chart.
She was named ”Breakthrough Indie Artist Of The Year” by Lemonade Magazine and been played on major radio. After 2 years in London she packed a bag, took her guitar and spent a year on the road. Her book ”Empty Roads & Broken Bottles; in search for The Great Perhaps” is about her journey on the road the last years. About self-discovery and what it means to live and love and lose.
It’s about the belief in art and about wanting to create her own world, her own life. Last year she decided to start a new adventure and moved to Berlin in Germany, to walk new streets and find new stories. The year turned into her new album ‘I MUST BE GONE AND LIVE, OR STAY AND DIE’ that was released October 21st, 2014.
